Sacha Paddy
I grew up in England, moved to Aotearoa at 13 and am now blessed to live on Waiheke Island with my partner and daughter.
I’ve always loved movement, and discovering conscious dance through 5Rhythms and then Open Floor was a revelation to find practices that supported such depth of exploration and transformation whilst still being dynamic, light and fun.
I have now been teaching dance for nearly 20 years, and have witnessed the power of movement in community to grow, connect and heal us, and also how much this goodness is needed in the world.
I’m a lover of nature, trees, birds and ocean swims, and seeking ways through movement practice to remind us of our rightful relationship with earth and with each other.
