This form is for paying your balance for Donna Farhi’s Building Resilience. You only need use this form if you originally paid a deposit when you registered for the workshop here.
Please Note: Payment options are Internet Banking and Credit Card via Stripe. There is a 2.9% surcharge fee when paying by Credit Card.
If you are paying by Internet Banking please pay within two (2) days from the booking. We will email you the banking details. Your booking is not secured until your full payment is received.

Full payment is due by 7th December 2020 for registration to be confirmed.

There are plenty of cafes and places to find refreshments close by during lunch breaks. There is a kitchen at the venue also for our use (for hot drinks and a fridge for storing lunches).
There is limited parking at the venue. There is parking in the surrounding streets.
Please allow for extra time on these days to find your parking – so that you are ready in the hall for Yoga at least 20 minutes before the start of each session, so that we can begin on time. Thank you!
The Schedule
Building Resilience
29th January, Friday 6.30-8.30pm
30th-31st January, Saturday and Sunday
10am-1pm, 2.30-5pm
What To Bring
We are not able to provide yoga props. Please bring with you:
- Yoga mat
- 3 blankets
- 1 firm yoga bolster
- A yoga block and belt
- A thick bath towel and a thin hand towel
- 19cm (or thereabouts) Muscle Release ball or a gertie ball (you can get these online from here or here). We will also have a few of these for participants, but it is best for you to have your own so that you can practice at home after the workshop)
If you are flying in from out of Auckland and are unable to bring the larger props, please let us know and we’ll do our best to provide you with some.
If you are able to bring extra props for others – this would be so very appreciated 🙂
Consider also bringing a notebook and pen for your own use, plus water to keep yourself hydrated.
