Payment Information

4½-day Coming Back To Our Senses: $635
2-day Yoga For Lower Back Pain: $285
If taken together and fully paid up at the time of booking: $782 (15% discount)

Participants may pay an initial deposit of $200 if they are registering for Coming Back To Our Senses. Full payment must be made by 18th February 2019 for their place to be confirmed.

If you are registering for Yoga For Lower Back Pain, or for the discounted option of both workshops, full payment is required at the time of booking.

There are plenty of cafes and places to find refreshments close by during lunch breaks. There is a kitchen at the venue also for our use (for hot drinks and a fridge for storing lunches).

There is limited parking at the venue. There is parking in the surrounding streets.

Please aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of each session so that we can begin on time.

Coming Back To Our Senses
12th April, Friday 6-8pm
13-16th April, Saturday to Tuesday
10am-1pm, 2.30-5pm

Yoga For Lower Back Pain
17-18th April, Wednesday and Thursday
10am-1pm, 2.30-5pm

What To Bring

We are not able to provide yoga props. Please bring with you:

  • Yoga mat
  • 3 blankets
  • 1 firm yoga bolster
  • A yoga block and belt
  • A thick bath towel and a thin hand towel
  • 18 cm Muscle Release Ball or Gertie Ball

If you are flying in from out of Auckland and are unable to bring the larger props, please let us know and we’ll do our best to provide you with some.

If you are able to bring extra props for others – this would be so very appreciated 🙂

Consider also bringing a notebook and pen for your own use, plus water to keep yourself hydrated.
