There are plenty of cafes and places to find refreshments close by during lunch breaks. There is a kitchen at the venue also for your use.
There is limited parking at the venue. There is parking in the surrounding streets. Please aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of each workshop so that we can begin on time.
What To Bring
Yoga props are not provided so please bring your Yoga mat and any other props, blankets, yoga bolsters etc that you like to support yourself in your practice. You may wish to also bring a notebook and pen for your own use, plus water to keep yourself hydrated.
