Restorative Yoga has long been a heartfelt offering for me – over twenty years of learning, refining, and teaching. I am delighted to be offering this six week Restorative Yoga course, which will also include:

Gentle, practical and accessible movement
Pranayama breathing practices
Fundamentals of mindfulness, meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra
Each week we explore one or two core Restorative Yoga postures, in depth, with variations and adaptations to meet every-body
Stress reduction, and practices for resting deeply
Through letting go of excess stress, and resting deeply, we restore a natural vitality and may meet our daily life with greater ease

Course investment: $120

All are welcome to these mornings of restful and accessible Yoga. Experienced practitioners and beginners alike will benefit from an enquiry approach to learning and practicing Yoga.
