These practices can nourish us so deeply, soften the edges of anxiety and provide a valuable ground of support as we all learn to navigate the weeks ahead.

Please join us online – we will make it as accessible as possible. In the meantime, we wish you all to be safe and very well, to find times of ease and kindness.
