Online Classes
with Sacha and Neal

Sacha and Neal are offering online Yoga and dance classes to keep us moving and connected with our communities during these challenging times.

These practices can nourish us so deeply, soften the edges of anxiety and provide a valuable ground of support as we all learn to navigate the weeks ahead.

Please join us online – we will make it as accessible as possible. In the meantime, we wish you all to be safe and very well, to find times of ease and kindness.

Kindness, an iRest® Meditation

Kindness, an iRest® Meditation

We hope you enjoy listening to and practicing this iRest Meditation on Kindness.
